Ron and sons have been so helpful for this first time mountain homeowner. My husband, myself and our cat rode up the mountain in a w/o chains. We came across a white truck that was stuck and blocking the road. Because we slowed down & stopped, our car became stuck. I thought immediately that perhaps Ron Hammer would know what to do. He not only volunteered to find us and help us get home but most of all he gave me comfort and the feeling of being safe.
