Pre-Stay walk Through
Once a week we check to ensure your house is “guest ready” and everything is in working order -- -furnace, water heater, look for signs of leaks and more. We are your eyes and ears, and report any problems immediately. This helps eliminate many emergency calls from your renters. We also report any damage immediately after guests leave.
We put your trash cans out for pick up by Mountain Disposal or, if you prefer, can simply haul the trash weekly (billed per can or bag).
ON THE GROUND SERVICES
We’ve reported the furnace isn’t working—now what? We take care of everything-- -from the first phone call to let you know and get your directive, to scheduling a reliable independent contractor, to following up to make sure the job is done—we don’t rest until
the job is complete. Snow removal is also available upon request.
24/HR. gUEST ASSISTANCE
We are the “go-to” people for your renters. When guests have questions, we answer. More importantly, we are LOCAL-- -especially helpful when your guests want to know road conditions.
HOUSE CLEANING MADE EASY
Whether you have your own trusted house cleaner or need help finding one, we can help. We set up the post-stay cleaning when we are notified of a booking, so you don’t have to even think about it. The independent cleaners will bill you directly.
PEACE OF MIND
Rest easy-- your short term rental permit requires a response to calls and complaints within 1 hour-- -we take that burden off you. We also provide resolution documentation as required by the County ordinance. Our service is hassle free with NO term contracts!
