Interior checks include ensuring that your doors and windows are locked, furnace is working, thermostat is set. We monitor for leaks, pests and turn off your water valve if requested. Exterior checks include inspecting for broken tree limbs, debris and any structural issues. All house checks are recorded on a security log.

FREE when you sign up for our Gold level of service. Normally this is a $30 monthly fee when you subscribe to our Bronze level of service.
Key Holding
We keep a copy of your key in our key vault. We manage the signing in and out of this key with your authorized home contractors.
RECEIVE PACKAGES
Avoid porch pirates! We happily bring your delivered packages into your house. Or if you prefer, you can send packages to our address and we will ensure their safety. This can also be an option when you need someone to sign for receipt of your package.
FIRE CLEARANCE AND WEED ABATEMENT
Let us help you bring the exterior of your home back into compliance with the County. Call us for free estimates. First Priority goes to Gold Clients, especially helpful when County deadlines are looming.
SNOW REMOVAL
Use our automatic snow removal or call when needed. Billed separately, call for rates. First priority goes to Gold level clients.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES
We offer many exterior maintenance services including weekly, bi-weekly or monthly yard services, putting away or setting up patio furniture, sprinkler winterization, deck refinishing, and tree removal.

Call us to get referrals to a reliable plumber, electrician, house cleaner, everything from A to Z! Or even better, we’ll chase down those estimates for you for a minimal charge.
